S.Korea to send delegation to attend Belt and Road forum in Beijing

SEOUL -- South Korea will send a delegation to attend the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation scheduled for May 14-15 in Beijing, the presidential Blue House said Friday.
Five-term lawmaker Park Byeong-seug of the ruling Minjoo Party will head the government delegation, senior presidential press secretary Yoon Young-chan said at a press conference.
South Korea's foreign ministry said the country will seek bilateral cooperation for common prosperity between the two countries by participating in the forum.
