China stresses role of industrial financing in promoting Belt and Road Initiative

An international industrial finance seminar was held during the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation in Beijing on May 15, with more than 600 people from more than 20 countries in political, industrial and financial fields attending.
The seminar was aimed at serving the Belt and Road Initiative by bringing together elites from sectors related to industrial finance to share their cooperative experiences and discuss the future development of the initiative.
Cao Wenlian, director of the ICC, welcomed the guests and pointed out financial support's vital role in the development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
Several guests from China and abroad addressed the gathering.
