President sends condolences to Queen after Manchester explosion

Xi expressed deep remorse for those who lost their lives and offered sympathy for the relatives of those who were killed or injured, according to China Central Television.
At this difficult moment, the Chinese people firmly stand by the British people, Xi said.
At least 22 people were killed and over 59 injured in what British Prime Minister Theresa May said was being treated by police as a major terrorist attack.
