Eric Jing, CEO of Ant Financial, said that more than 7 million small and micro companies have got loans with a value less than 30,000 yuan each on a 310 model. This 310 model means it takes a firm three minutes to apply for a loan and the loan will be granted in one second with zero human intervention.

But the 310 model might mean three-month application, one-month waiting and zero result in Europe, Jing added, citing an unnamed peer in the continent.
