A credit system in construction markets
According to new interim procedures to supervise the construction market, firms with a history of bad behavior, including defaulting on construction cost, building constructions of low quality or with safety accidents, utilizing deceptive means to obtain enterprise qualifications, and subcontracting or lending enterprise qualifications to other firms, will be posted on a "blacklist".
The local housing and urban-rural development departments should strengthen supervision of market players listed in the "blacklist" and the "blacklist" of defaulting on migrant workers' wages and restrict blacklist members’ market access, qualifications and tendering and bidding capacities.
