Alisa Gao, a freshman at Northwestern University, talks about her experience in making the documentary The Balancing Act: On How We Bridge Chinese and American Culture, which is about the lives of 12 Chinese-American seniors. She is joined here by students from the Montgomery County Public School system in Maryland, who helped make the film, and some of the seniors they interviewed during the documentary's premiere in Rockville, Maryland on Sept 8.
