2 All vegetarian Chinese dishes

The Chinese vegetarian restaurant XIHE Lotus.com on Sept 15 launched its latest set menus that are available in its two restaurants in the Chinese capital. Created by Chef Zhao Yibin, the four set menus feature carefully selected ingredients that are used to create a unique Chinese vegetarian culinary experience, with prices ranging from 200 yuan ($29.1) to 800 yuan per set. XIHE Lotus.com specializes in creating vegetarian dishes that are inspired by traditional Chinese cuisine, focusing on the original flavors of each ingredient rather than relying heavily on the use of seasoning.
