Xu Qiang (2nd R, front), son of Xu Zhuchu who is a national-level intangible cultural heritage inheritor of Zhangzhou wood puppet head carving, displays carving techniques to students in Zhangzhou city, Southeast China's Fujian province, Nov 28, 2018. Listed as one of the national intangible cultural heritages in 2006, Zhangzhou wood puppet carving features exquisite craftsmanship. Xu's works of puppet head carving are known for rich and delicate facial expressions.
