Season two of the documentary series Memoirs of Canton will run on 11 satellite TV in a few months.[Photo provided to chinadaily.com.cn]

The second season of Memoirs of Canton, a documentary series reflecting Cantonese culture, recently debuted on China Central Television’s documentary channel and will run on 11 satellite TV channels.

The second season titled “The Shinning Pearl”, which comprises two episodes, examines the cultural similarities shared by Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province, Macao and Hong Kong.
