I think it all depends on the severity of crime. I do agree that juveniles should be held accountable if they commit a murder because even if some say their minds are not fully developed, they should know what's right from wrong. Their age should not favor them in court. If the jury continuously lets juveniles get away with murder, then they will think it's okay to murder, because they will get away with it because of their age.
