Although there is still a week to go before its release, the new movie has already been smashing records in China. In just five days, pre-release sales on the Chinese mainland surpassed 300 million yuan, according to data from Maoyan, a major Chinese online movie ticketing website.

The 21 MCU movies that have been released in the past 11 years have raked in $18 billion in box offices around the world.
