Xi's speech at CDAC gets global recognition
Thankfully President Xi Jinping invented this forum so that small countries have a place to stand and have a voice to be heard. That's the most important thing in culture.
After we learned about the variety of the culture in Asia, we can look into ourselves. We can start to build up our identity.
At the same time we have to open our mind because Asia is the open society, open economy, an open region.
That is a beauty of the Asia. We would like to keep Asia open for a long-lasting prosperity.
I think the principles of the forum, proposed by President Xi Jinping , are very important. We need inclusiveness. We need everyone to be in the forum at the same time. We need more equality – equal treatment for big and small countries. The last one is diversity. We believe in difference.
From my perspective, we can learn more from different people.
