Travelers can chill out in the hot springs and enjoy steaming in Aohan Banner of Chifeng city before immersing themselves in various local winter festivals. A grand camel festival will be staged in Chifeng's Hexigten Banner, where visitors can experience local traditional culture, such as camel and horse racing. The mass winter fishing on the ice of Dali Lake in Hexigten, the second-biggest of its kind in Inner Mongolia, is also a highlight of the itinerary, as well as the accompanying ice entertainment programs.
