After almost a year of senseless rioting and wanton destruction of public property and even a few deaths, China has finally come around to enacting a law that would put an end to all the turmoil. It is hoped that the new law would bring peace and prosperity to Hong Kong people, and make it safe for visitors to Hong Kong!
