Ji'nan in East China's Shandong province became the most crowded city in terms of traffic jams in the first quarter of this year, according to a report analyzing transportation in major Chinese cities.
China's transportation has seen continuous resumption, with about 70 percent of the congestion in cities having returned, reaching 90 percent of the same period last year, according to the report co-released by AutoNavi, or Gaode Map and the big data development center of the State Information Center.
