Smirnova Anzelika, an internet celebrity from Latvia, got to experience riding a self-driving bus. Without a driver in the front of the bus might have made Anzelika "feel a little bit scared," but she was assured that safety would be guaranteed with the automatic driving technology growing fast.

The production line at Chery & Wanda Guizhou Bus Co Ltd ranges from hybrid bus, electric bus to multi-purpose vehicle and electric passenger vehicle. Chery & Wanda has been the No 1 passenger vehicles exporter in China for 18 consecutive years, according to Wu Yong, the company's general manager. The factory in Guiyang has the capacity to produce 30,000 buses every year.
