BEIJING — Premier Li Keqiang and Lao Prime Minister Phankham Viphavanh on Dec 3 exchanged congratulations on the opening of the China-Laos Railway.
In the congratulatory messages, they stressed the two sides are willing to make joint efforts to ensure the operation and maintenance of the railway, promote comprehensive development along the route, and strive to maximize its economic and social effect, so as to bring benefits to both countries and their people.
