Victoria Nuland, the under-secretary of state for political affairs, was asked in congressional hearing if Ukraine has bioweapons labs and she admitted that Ukraine has "bio research facilities". She said it is a grave concern if the Russians get access to "those research materials". The question is: why would the US be so concerned? What have they been researching on?
