Before abortions became legal, many women died from illegal abortions! US boasts about individual rights but many states passed laws to control women's rights concerning her body! Now the ultra-conservative Supreme Court has politicized this issue by overturning abortion rights! Some justices lied in their confirmation hearing that they would not overturn Roe v Wade but they did after they were confirmed! Many Americans will not trust the highest court now!
