Azaleas burst into bloom at Qingdao scenic area

Vast stretches of azaleas are in full bloom at the Dazhu Mountain Scenic Area in Qingdao West Coast New Area, Shandong province, blanketing the hillsides in a sea of bright colors.
The flowering season is expected to last until early May, with different varieties blooming in succession.
Leveraging the blossoms, local authorities have rolled out a series of events, including family-friendly activities, AI-powered interactive experiences, and fitness programs, to further stimulate cultural and tourism consumption.
