What looks like spaghetti but is actually a squash?
At Fengle Service Station on the Anhui Expressway, Joe Burns from the United Kingdom and his influencer friends had a chance to try the legendary Anhui specialty Jinsi Jiaogua, or Golden Silk Squash, a locally-bred variety of spaghetti squash grown in Sixian county, Anhui province.
The vegetable was featured on this year's Spring Festival and Lantern Festival galas.
