March car sales up 10.26% year-on-year

China's passenger car sales in March rose 10.26 percent from a year earlier, official data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers said on Thursday.

The association said 772,400 cars were sold last month. That represented a rise of 27.2 percent from February, when 607,300 passenger cars were sold.
