ChiNext stock market down -- April 28

The ChiNext stock market was down Wednesday as only 23 of the 75 stocks at China's start-up board for small and medium-sized enterprises rose, while other three stocks were suspended from trading.

The board, which is based in Shenzhen and started trading on Oct 30, 2009, is tailored to the needs of enterprises engaged in independent innovation and other enterprises with great growth potential.
