According to a press conference on July 20 in Beijing, the 5th Global Outsourcing Summit will be in Kunming, capital of Southwest China's Yunnan province, from July 26 to 29, and it focus will be "transform the development pattern, promote balanced development and improve regional cooperation". The program includes a forum, round-table meeting, program signing and the release of the 2012 Global Outsourcing Development Report. Former Prime Minister of Australia John Winston Howard, guests from 48 countries and regions have been invited to the summit.
