Q: How do you spend your weekend amid your busy schedule?

A: I try to spend it with my family to relax as my work days are extremely busy.

We try to do many things together, cooking, watching movies etc.

What are your hobbies?

Sports and reading.

Crucial Conversation - Tools for Talking When Stakes are High. It was written by Kerry Patterson, Joseph Grenny, Ron McMillan and Al Switzler.

What is your idea of perfect happiness?

Happiness comes through balance. You need to love work to experience happiness.

What do you value the most in your friends?

Loyalty.

What do you consider to be your greatest achievement?

A balance between family and work.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Sometimes I am easily irritated. It would be good not to feel irritated.

What are your most treasured possessions?

My family.

Name places in China that impressed you the most and those you have not visited but want to explore.

I am impressed by every city in China for its development, infrastructure etc. I want to visit Tibet, Xi'an and Yunnan.

What kind of experience has shaped your thoughts the most?

Difficult experiences shape your thoughts the most and frustrating experiences make you stronger.
