Penny Lancaster and husband Rod Stewart visit their "love nest" every week. Penny - who recently celebrated her first wedding anniversary with the 63-year-old rocker - revealed their relationship is rock solid because they have "Roddy and Penny" time every week.

The mother-of-one said: "Every week we have 'Roddy and Penny' time when we scoot off to our love nest in London. We'll spend the afternoon shopping or go to the theatre and then spend the rest of the afternoon together, with nobody else around.

That helps ensure the flame keeps burning in the relationship. "It would be very hard to go for a week without 'Roddy and Penny' time. It's a given like a cup of tea at four o'clock." She also revealed the couple are trying currently trying for their second baby.

Penny and Rod already have a two-year-old son Alistair, who the model says was conceived the night Rod proposed to her in Paris, France. Soccer mad Rod says he has adjusted well to married life, adding to Britain's Hello magazine: "This last year since we've been married has been better than ever - no bookings no yellow cards and no sending- offs."
