LOS ANGELES – The bodybuilder has no more weight in the "Big Brother" house.

Jessie Godderz, the surly 23-year-old bodybuilder from Huntington Beach, Calif., was voted off the voyeuristic CBS reality show after he was spontaneously nominated for eviction by Jeff Schroeder, the charming 31-year-old advertising salesman who was secretly voted by viewers to overthrow this week's competition and put up two contestants for dismissal.

"It was the best move for him," Godderz said after his ouster.

With the special one-time-only power of "coup d'etat," Schroeder chose to save the two nominated houseguests — makeup artist Lydia Tavera and mixed martial arts fighter Russell Kairouz — and put up his rivals: recent college graduate Natalie Martinez and Godderz, who returned to compete on "Big Brother 11" after being voted out the fourth week last season.

Godderz anticipated his demise. When he was nominated on the spot, Godderz slipped off his shirt, revealing another shirt underneath with a picture of himself and the words "the man, the myth, the legend." His booting left Tavera in tears and outspoken freelance journalist Chima Simone, who had been gunning for Kairouz all week, conjuring conspiracy theories.

"Looks like me and the producers need to have a little bit of a talk," said Simone.

Rumors began swirling online about possible upheaval in the "Big Brother" house when the distributor for audience tickets informed audience members Wednesday afternoon that Thursday's normally live eviction episode would be pushed ahead four hours and taped. A CBS spokeswoman declined to comment about the reasoning for Thursday's switcheroo.

Godderz becomes the first member of this season's seven-person jury, which will ultimately select the $500,000 grand prize winner. Next week, two contestants will be sent packing in a double eviction episode. "Big Brother" host Julie Chen teased that the special edition will feature "a week's worth of 'Big Brother' in one hour — and it's all happening live."
