Diner returns steep invoice to grateful cashier

A cashier in Jinan, Shandong province, was grateful to a customer who returned an invoice that showed the meal cost 190,190 yuan ($27,864).

The error could have forced the restaurant to pay 12,000 yuan in taxes.

A Beijing resident in Shandong visited the barbecue restaurant with three friends and enjoyed a meal for 190 yuan.

The cashier mistakenly typed 190 twice. The diner returned the invoice the next day to a grateful cashier.
