Sudden flood traps father, son and sheep for 7 hours

A father and a son grazing sheep near a riverbed in Fengxian county, Shaanxi province, were trapped for seven hours on Friday morning after a sudden flood. They were saved by firefighters.

Zou Zhiqing, the father, and Zou Baoping, the son, farmers in Beilinci village, were trapped on a small island by the sudden swell. Firefighters, policemen and villagers went to the river and tried hard to rescue the two men and their sheep. After 7 hours, the two men and their 57 sheep were saved.
