Large Medium SmallHARBIN - At least two people were buried under debris after an office building collapsed on Monday morning in Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, government sources said.
The exact casualties are still being verified after the accident happened at about 7:50 am at an office building belonging to a tap water company in Jixian county, Shuangyashan city, officials said.
