CPC congress spokesman holds press conference

Cai Mingzhao, spokesman of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), held a press conference on Wednesday afternoon at the Great Hall of the People in central Beijing, briefing the media on the upcoming national congress.
