Project description: The project is to produce prestressed steel cylinder cement water delivery pipe with an annual production capacity of 60 km with diameter specification from 1,000 to 3,000 mm.
Construction background: Prestressed steel cylinder cement water delivery pipe is a kind of wire entwining compound pipe which steel cylinder is set in the cement tube core. This kind of pipe features high strength, toughness, anti-external pressure and anti-seepage force. It can bear 3M pa pressure under working condition. Usually, the diameter of the pipe is between 1,000 and 3,000 mm, and the biggest can reach 7,000 mm. Thus, it is suitable for using in drawing water from long distance with big aperture and high pressure.
