Chang'an, Faurecia form joint venture

China's Chang'an

Automobile and French component maker Faurecia recently agreed to form a 50-50, 35 million euro ($45.7 million) joint venture to produce car interior equipment such as instrument panels and consoles. It will supply Chang'an's wholly owned brands as well as products from its joint ventures with Ford, PSA Peugeot Citroen and Mazda.
