Cabrera listed as day to day

Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera is considered day to day with an abdomen injury, the team announced. Cabrera left Thursday's game against the Oakland A's in the bottom of the fifth inning after being thrown out at second base trying to stretch a single into a double. Cabrera is having another MVP-caliber season, with a line of .359/.450/.683 with 43 home runs and a league-leading 130 RBI.
