Guolian wins in prawn duty suit

Zhanjiang's Guolian Aquatic Product Co Ltd last month won a lawsuit overturning countervailing duties placed on frozen prawns produced for export to the United States. It's the first Chinese firm to win such a case. The US Department of Commerce launched a countervailing duty investigation of prawns from China and six other countries in January, at the request from the Coalition of Gulf Shrimp Industries.
