As innovative educational flame burns bright in China, helped along by South Korea-based Samsung Electronics Co Ltd, which says it wants to further diversify its scientific and innovative activities in the country's universities - to build a solid foundation of talent for future development.

The company arranged for the champion team of its "2016 Solve For Tomorrow" science and innovation competition - sponsored exclusively by Samsung - to have a seven day field visit in Germany earlier this month.

The trip covered cities such as Berlin, Dresden, Munich and Frankfurt. They visited a number of museums and well-known universities including TU Berlin, as well as Volkswagen auto glass factory and the BMW headquarters.
