Drink! Drink! Drink!

Experts in the UK released new drinking guidelines in the United Kingdom. Before this week, British experts suggested men limit themselves to three to four units of alcohol per day. They suggest women don't exceed two to three units. However, scientists worried the daily drinking limit encouraged daily drinking. The new guidelines suggest people do not drink more than five days a week. Is five days a week much better than seven? And what is a "unit" of alcohol, anyway?
