The Iraqi oil ministry
building in Baghdad was ablaze on Friday and Iraqi police at the scene said it
had been hit by three rockets.
Flames and smoke poured from the fourth floor of the building. Earlier,
rockets were also fired at two Baghdad hotels used by foreign contractors and
media organizations.
