Divorcee asks ex-husband to pay up for having child A woman in Wuhan, capital of Hubei Province, is demanding 100,000 yuan (US$12,000) from her ex-husband because he wants to have a child with his new wife, reports Wuhan Morning Post. Zheng married Wu in 1994 and gave birth to a daughter; and before they divorced three years ago, they signed a contract that neither would have another child for fear that their daughter would feel ignored. The penalty for breach of contract was agreed at 100,000 yuan (US$12,000).
