Angelina Jolie's dad Jon Voight admits he never ceases to be amazed by his daughter's multi-tasking.

The 73-year-old actor - who was estranged from Angelina for six years before reconciling in 2007 - often marvels at her ability to juggle a successful acting career with raising six kids and a raft of humanitarian work.

He said: "She's one of those people that can do many things at once and has many passions.

"She is a remarkable actress and then she's lovely with her children. I always get a great deal of joy when I'm with?her and her children. I see the way she takes care of six children at the same time ... and it's a lot of fun. She's a lot of fun with them."

Angelina recently got engaged to partner Brad Pitt after seven years together, and while Jon couldn't be happier, he insists he doesn't know anything about when or where the ceremony will take place.

He told US Weekly: "They haven't given me any insight into that. I can't really trust what people say. The newspapers and magazines seem to go their own way, and so I have to get it from Angie.

"I've seen her recently and we've had a great time, but we haven't talked about that."
