Hero-- Jiuzhaigou
Zhang Yimou's film is a real " hero" at the box office, but what really remains for audiences is perhaps the beautiful scenery in Jiuzhaigou.
Jiuzhaigou, one of the country's best keep natural reserves is located in Western China. Various fight scenes in the film " Hero," in particular the most memorable fighting filmed under the Nuorilang Water Falls, were shot there.
Two women in red clothes flying and dancing in the air with yellow leave everywhere; two men passing over the mirror like lake, gently and swiftly … almost everyone who saw the film will remember those splendid and peerless scenes.
Those beautiful landscapes were shot at Jiuzhaigou's Jianzhu Hai (Bamboo Lake), which is six meters deep, and covers an area of 170 thousand square meters.
