Abalone Ambrosia
The Imperial Court at MGM Macau is currently offering an abalone feast for its guests. The feast features four types of abalone - Tasmanian, Nagasaki, South African and China Dalian. All dishes are created with out-of-the-ordinary ingredients, such as black garlic, "black tiger's paw" mushroom, lotus seed and ginkgo nuts. The abalone ambrosia is presented in Cantonese, Sichuan and Beijing styles.

Sheraton Macao Hotel, the largest and newest hotel in Macao with 3,896 rooms and more than 14,000 square meters of meeting space, is an ideal spot for client liaison and business events. Happy 5th Anniversary

To mark this special occasion, the City Cafe restaurant is presenting a Best Loved Delicacies and Seafood buffet dinner, featuring favorite dishes selected by guests. Meanwhile, The Balcony offers Cantonese cuisine, especially the new Hairy Crab set menu, which includes mouth-watering hairy crab and abalone soup, as well as a dessert buffet with over 30 sweets to choose from.
Organic Dining
Pierside Bar & Restaurant, at The Royal Pacific Hotel and Towers, has created an innovative four-course pairing menu with organically grown food and wine, available from now until Dec 30. The biodynamic approach to winegrowing adopts a holistic view where every aspect of the process is carefully considered. A Movia Sauvignon 2010 starts the meal, while two main courses featuring scallop and roasted butter chicken are served in tandem with carefully selected wines.
