上次我們講過(guò)了祝賀信寫作應(yīng)遵循的一些準(zhǔn)則，這次我們通過(guò)一封信件來(lái)看看具體的寫作方法。
Dear Mr. Haskel
Congratulations on your recent promotion to head the Marketing Department of
California Metals.
My fellow managers and I are delighted that your work in the marketing field
has been recognized this way and we join in sending you our very best wishes for
the future.
Through the five years of working together with you, many of us well aware of
how much you've contributed to the association between our two corporations. We
are all looking forward to your trip to China next month when we will celebrate
your advancement in a more formal way.
Again, congratulations to you, Mr. Haskel - good luck and good wishes on your
new position as Director of Marketing Department.

在這封祝賀信中，寫信人一開(kāi)頭就開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山的祝賀收信者晉升，然后又詳細(xì)寫明自己對(duì)對(duì)方工作的欣賞、成就的肯定。在信件結(jié)尾的部分，寫信人用口語(yǔ)化的語(yǔ)氣再次祝賀對(duì)方的晉升，并以此結(jié)束信件。祝賀信寫起來(lái)很簡(jiǎn)單，對(duì)吧？
