衛(wèi)生部副部長(zhǎng)高強(qiáng)昨天表示，經(jīng)過(guò)一年多的工作，醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革協(xié)調(diào)小組已經(jīng)取得很大成效，現(xiàn)已制定出醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的基本思路和總體框架。最近要廣泛征求社會(huì)各方面的意見(jiàn)，使方案更加完善，更加適應(yīng)人民群眾的需求。

"All people in urban and rural areas will enjoy basic medical care and health services by 2020," Vice-Minister of Health Gao Qiang said.
"While increasing government responsibility and spending, we will also encourage greater participation of private capital from both home and abroad in the sector," he said.
The reform covers a wide range of subjects including insurance, drug manufacturing, distribution and supervision, and legislation of medical management.
高強(qiáng)說(shuō)，到2020年要建立一個(gè)人人享有基本醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)的制度。充分發(fā)揮政府在規(guī)劃、投入、建設(shè)和監(jiān)管方面的作用；同時(shí)也鼓勵(lì)和歡迎國(guó)內(nèi)外的社會(huì)資金進(jìn)入醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生領(lǐng)域，發(fā)展和繁榮中國(guó)的醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)。堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)籌兼顧，做到醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)體系、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)體系和藥品供應(yīng)保障體系同步發(fā)展、同步改革。
