Heidi Klum and husband Seal say it was ''love at first sight'' when their daughter Lou Sulola Samuel was born on Friday (09.10.09).

Heidi Klum has given birth to a "beautiful" girl.

The German supermodel and her musician husband Seal welcomed Lou Sulola Samuel into the world on Friday (09.10.09).

Seal said in a statement: "It's difficult to imagine loving another child as much as you love your existing children. Anyone who has a family will tell you this. Where will one find that extra love? If you love your existing children with all of your heart, how then can one possibly find more heart with which to love another?

"On Friday, October 9, 2009 at 7.46pm, the answer to this question came in the form of our fourth child and second daughter. Lou Sulola Samuel was born, and from the moment she looked into both of our eyes it was endless love at first sight. She is beautiful beyond words and we are happy that she chose us to watch her grow over the coming years."

Heidi and Seal already have sons Henry, four, and two-year-old Johan together, while Heidi has five-year-old daughter Leni from a previous relationship.

Heidi, 36, recently revealed her stomach got so big towards the end of the pregnancy her other children thought it was a toy to be leapt on.

She said: "I had to stop them jumping on my tummy. They don't really understand there is actually a real human being in there."
