Suiyuan Chinese restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Beijing prepares a five-course set menu, with romantic sparkling wine and an optional guest room. For 699 yuan ($115) per couple, one can enjoy a meal of a trilogy of Chinese cold appetizers, braised forest frog, fried goose liver, and braised beef short ribs. Pay 999 yuan per couple and get two glasses of sparkling wine, one night's stay in the guest room, and breakfast for two at Easy Kitchen. Available for lunch and dinner on Feb 14.
