The patent dispute between Samsung and Apple was temporarily concluded with an award of 1.015 billion USD compensation to be paid to Apple. The case not only impacted Samsung, but also may have influence on other brands, even the entire Android eco-system. Reportedly, in total, Samsung has 28 products being accused of infringing upon Apple's patents. If all its alleged infringing products are forbidden from sale in the American market, Samsung may encounter an unprecedented loss.
