A vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), Liu Shijin, took part in the annual Eco Forum Global Conference this year, in Guiyang, Guizhou province, July 10 to 11, where he attended the opening ceremony and joined forums on financing China's green transformation and building a green Silk Road. He also took part in a talk with Dwight Perkins, a Harvard University professor, on economic restructuring and China's role in the green transformation.
