Abstract:
The role of planning in the market economy should not be weakened but be strengthened. To reform China's planning system that is comparatively lagging behind, we should adhere to the principle of "long-term planning, implementing by steps, drawing up experiences widely, going moderately ahead in the light of reality and being coordinated". The systematic, standard, practical and authoritative features should be stressed and embodied in planning. The design and implementation of planning system reform should focus on realizing the transition in planning scope, planning system, coordinated management of planning and the organization in charge of planning.?
