Abstract：
The paper gives an introduction of the present state and development trend of the private investment in Zhejiang Province. It points out that the important reason and motive for the vigorous development of private investment in Zhejiang Province are due to the sound investment environment, industrial clusters, urbanization for cities and towns as well as the reform of infrastructure. It also analyzes the issues in the private investment in Zhejiang Province. The tangible problems are trade monopolization, inadequate financing system and overheating local city and real estate development. The paper puts forward some policy suggestion with regard to these problems.?
